We have made the return or exchange process easy with the following procedures:
Time period policy for returning or exchanging purchases:
If you wish to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first.
The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not been changed. The customer bears the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 working days.
The customer has the right to exchange the product with another product, before sending the shipment. After sending the shipment, he has the right to exchange it within 14 working days, and he must bear the full shipping cost and the difference in the product cost, if any.
If the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs, stating: shipment number - shipping - and cost. The customer is then entitled to a full refund.
Products included in the discounts and offers cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the event of a defect in the product. See: Article 4 of the return and exchange policies.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- Returns cannot be accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges cannot be accepted after 14 days.
- When the product changes from its original condition for any reason.
- When used beyond the purpose of testing.
- Products that were manufactured at the customer's request according to specifications specified by him.
